Age Of Reason was originally a trio formed in 1989 and recorded original songs from Edward Leonard and played at local clubs. Dave Davino and Jeff Kadish rounded out the band. Scroll down to see some of our older work.

Working as a studio duo, Edward and Dave have released a new CD, “VOX HUMANA”, a collection of newer and older songs in the style of FRRAZZ.

Folk, Rock, Reggae, Jazz.

Over the years, we have been active in the local music scene. Edward is the host for the amazingly long running BEATNIK 2000 every Monday night at CAFE NINE in New Haven. Ed has always promoted and featured local original music and poetry since the days at the MOON, also in New Haven. Edward also continues to write and has an extensive catalog of music.

Dave has played bass in several bands, Force Of Habit, The Corey Major Band, who performed both original and copy music and most recently, No Shame.(www.noshameband.net) He has also built a studio in his home and has recorded several local bands (www.nitestrike.net). Studio 23 Records (www.studio23rec.com) provides Age Of Reason a place to record without the worry of budget constraints, a real luxury!

Jeff has been playing constantly since the original AOR disbanded. He has expanded his rock style to include blues and has kept busy in playing in many different copy and original bands.

Age Of Reason CD produced around 1995 from recordings of dubious quality. But still it’s pretty cool!
